FMS assignment سے پہلے full refund؛ assignment کے بعد admin milestone review۔

Refund handling is tied to Import Project status, payment verification, FMS assignment, milestones, and admin review.

Before FMS assignment

If the project has not been assigned to an FMS, the importer may request a full refund according to platform rules.

After FMS assignment

After FMS assignment or work started, admin reviews completed milestones, evidence, and service delivery before approving full, partial, or rejected refunds.

Reassignment before refund

Admin may offer FMS reassignment before issuing a refund if the service can be continued through another specialist.

Manual/offline payments

Until a payment gateway is connected, payment and refund tracking remains manual/offline and documented inside the platform.

Common questions before starting

Can I get a refund?

A full refund is available before FMS assignment. After FMS assignment, refund requests are reviewed by admin based on completed milestones and evidence.

When does FMS work begin?

FMS work begins only after payment is verified and admin approves the Import Project for assignment. Unpaid leads are follow-up records only.
